A break for the break...

Although the routine is full of requests, we also live daily exposed to several pauses:
- coffee breaks;
- breaks for a cigarette;
- lunch break;
- breaks to go to the bathroom;
- music pause;
- intermissions;
- sleep break;
etc.
But sometimes we overlook others:
- Pause to reflect
- Pause to not think about anything
- Break to relieve tension
- Pause to feel (pay more attention to emotions)
In the context of the human being, the pause is necessary, not only for the physical regulation of the organism, but also to reflect:
Allows you to observe situations in a broader context;
Regulates the mind and breath;
It opens new perspectives;
Relieves tensions;
Helps pay more attention to instincts and emotions;
Prepare for next steps.
The most normal thing is to take it for granted that the holidays and weekends are the only times when you deserve to rest (besides the daily hours of sleep). However, time does not stretch and when he wants to stop, he falls asleep from physical and mental fatigue.
Sometimes the break, even 5 or 10 minutes, if integrated into a daily routine will save time. On the one hand, it allows you to be more focused on certain tasks, and on the other, you manage to have time to observe, reflect and make better decisions. This works both at work, at home or doing some sport or leisure activity.
Sometimes, and with practice, it can even make you happier.
And how many times do you feel uncomfortable and stressed, and you don't understand why?
Sometimes it is enough to stop and/or talk to someone to recognize something that was evident (or not). Analysis and reflection can be individual or joint processes. New perspectives awaken the conscience and the subconscious. If you're doing something you don't like, your body will give signals that an attentive mind will recognize.
Just the simple act of breathing consciously, feeling nature, moving your body in a different way or having a physical activity outside of 'your' normal, allows you to reflect and turn off the autopilot for a moment.way
Pause for a while; you don't need to invest a lot of time a day, or do a lot of meditation or physical exercise to immediately feel benefits.
For example, recording what you feel (whether in physical or emotional terms) on a small sheet will allow you to visualize certain causes and effects more clearly. And if it seems like too much to do alone, there's always someone who can help.
Alone or with others, in the countryside or in the city, with or without coffee, use your inner command to switch to the "feel" channel and take breaks.
