Therapy for the hands, because most of us use them a lot in everyday tasks, and need them well balanced. Whether you are a craftsman or even if you buy everything made, we all need our hands to be efficient in everyday life. Their format and function helped us to evolve, and we depend on them for almost all daily tasks, especially those that require more precision. The hand is sensitive and needs to be treated well, and even for our social relationships we use it, in such basic gestures as hugs and handshakes. And everyone has already felt the disability generated by pain in the hands (tendinitis, arthrosis, muscle pain, numbness), and sometimes at a level that does not allow them to hold an object or carry out their work or hobby, being demotivating and affecting at the same time psychological level. Trauma, inflammation or repeated efforts can cause pain or discomfort, and if left unattended, they can generate various disabilities. Bowen therapy and other manual therapies can, along with exercise, relieve symptoms and balance this mechanical system of ours. As it is not always easy to find the source of the pain, it is sometimes necessary to also analyze the functions in the rest of the body (arms, shoulders, spine). Whether it's to get a better hug, continue doing your hobby, play an instrument, work or just to wear accessories, therapy can help release tensions in various parts of the body and teach you how to prevent future problems. When was the last time you paid attention to your hands?
