Recipe for well-being and balance


Ingredients:

1 body (whole) at room temperature

2 handfuls of Bowen Therapy

1 quiet place


Instructions:

- Check the condition of all ingredients in advance

- Get comfortable and breathe

- Gradually add doses of therapy to the body, gently, until you feel general relaxation, taking care not to move too much

- Wait a while for the body to stabilize

- Keep the body hydrated and in a quiet place, in order to prolong the effect

- Regular body movement is advised in order to maintain a flexible consistency


Note: There may be wellness or pain relief effects due to the natural "fermentation" process
